Adopt a pet - Association One Rescue

When looking for a new family member, a dog or a cat, adoption is a good option. Adopting is great way to help a homeless shelter dog or cat on an individual level.

We have many types of dogs and cats looking for their own homes. From kittens and puppies to seniors, from small ones to big, and from brave to shy ones. We have active, moderate and mild personalities, all looking for home that is most suitable for them.

Association One Rescue does not make financial profit from adoptable animals or sell animals abroad. We do not apply adoption fee for local adopters. When adopting abroad certain compensations usually are applied such as transportation costs, passport, spay&neuter, veterinarian visits, and example tests against certain diseases. When adobting abroad, to Finland or to Germany, through our cooperation associations, each association has listed their own compensation fees in their information pages and what that fee includes. Cooperation associations also do not make any profit through adoptions.

Local adoptions: All animals adopted through us are vaccinated and dewormed, and if age allows they are neutered. Animals receive a health book (carnet de sănătate) and dogs are registered in RECS.

Hearts4Paws e.v.

Hearts4Paws e.v. is German association that was founded same year as One Rescue, 2017, to directly help only our shelter. Founder Sonja ter Haar has lived in Romania for few years and has close ties helping on site at the shelter. Hearts4Paws team is committed and visits us usually 4-5 times a year. Cooperation focuses on both dog and cat adoptions, and sponsoring spay & neuter especially for the cats.

Embla Rescue ry

Embla Rescue ry is finnish association that has been supporting us since their founding year 2019. Along adoptions and spay&neuter sponsoring, Embla offers adoption chances especially to our shy dogs, dogs with special needs and seniors, to dogs whose adoption chances are slim compared to young and social inviduals. This type of help is extremely precious in invidual level.

Rescueyhdistys Kulkurit ry / Rescue Association Hobo Dogs

Rescueyhdistys Kulkurit ry is association from Finland, founded on 2012 and almost as long we have had cooperation in adoptions and spay&neuter activities. One Rescue is Hobo Dogs’s biggest cooperation partner.
